The impact bullet formula: turn duties into results
Verb, task, number, result. A simple pattern that makes any experience easier to understand and remember.

Recruiters spend seconds on a first scan. Bullets that start with "Responsible for…" tell them what you were supposed to do, not what you achieved.
The formula
Action verb + what you did + how much / how many + result.
- Before: "Responsible for customer emails."
- After: "Answered 60+ customer emails a day and cut average response time from 26 to 9 hours."
Questions that find your numbers
- How many? (people, customers, projects, sites)
- How much? (money, budget, savings, percentage)
- How often? (per day, week, month)
- What changed because of your work?
Strong verbs
Led, built, cut, grew, launched, organised, negotiated, improved, trained, designed.
Chapterwise's Impact coach flags weak bullets and asks the right question. It only rewrites using facts you give it.
